The plans and specifications shown are the architect's impression and demonstrate just one way that these properties could be renovated.
Obviously the outside dimensions are fixed but inside there are many different ways the space could be allocated.

The ideal layout and design for any particular property really depends on you and your requirements. If you wish to take the initial plans as shown and have the property built to that
specification, that will be fine. If you wish to commission the architect to produce more plans but to a different layout she will be happy to oblige.
If you wish to employ your own architect....
Prices for the initial purchase of the properties are available on application and probably more relevant if accompanied by an inspection visit to the area where you will be shown a whole range of properties and the surrounding area.
Estimated prices for the costs of renovations are also avaible on application. At this stage these can obviously not be more than estimates and here there is a huge range depending on the level of quality you wish to renovate to. In all

The pictures show Olivetta which is approximately 300-400m away. It is a delightful Hamlet with a few shops, a small supermarket (with an English speaking person) which also delivers, a cafe/bar, railway station and bus stop.
