Having selected your renovation property we will then (if required) put you in contact with our local architect. She speaks good English and has in depth knowledge of the area and its rules and regulations.
She will also be able to source reliable local tradesmen to complete all of the work needed to renovate your property from start to finish.
Our service can be as little or as much as you need to enable your project to move as quickly and as completely as you wish. If you do speak Italian (or French) and wish to locate your own suppliers or builders (or bring them over from England) that will be fine too. You are under no obligation to work with us.
If on the other hand you prefer to let us drive the project and want to use our agency as a "one-stop-shop" then we will be very happy to work with you in this way.
