The building provides 10 apartments of various sizes and design on four floors. Every apartment has a kitchen area, and fitted bathroom. All have balconies, and some have additional cloakroom facilities. All have independent gas-fired central heating, telephone point, and electricity, water and drainage connections. Each apartment has magnificent dual-aspect views of the picturesque river valley.
The building is approached via remote-controlled gates, which are operated via a video security system installed in each apartment.
A fixed satellite TV dish is fitted to the building with connections to each apartment.
At the garden level, there are two apartments - A1, two bedrooms and available fully furnished, and A10 with one bedroom.
At ground level there are 3 apartments, two of which are sold. The third is flat A 2.
On the first floor are a further 3 apartments A5 , A6 & A7, all with one bedroom; two with separate sitting rooms and kitchens. N.B. Additional balconies have now been added to the north elevations of these apartments i.e. at the top of the plan.
The second floor consists of two, two-bedroom apartments A8 (which is sold) & A9. |
